Individual Counselling

You do not need fixing. You need somewhere to be heard properly, without being rushed toward a solution. One to one counselling is a space to slow down, understand what's really going on beneath the noise, and find your own way forward, at your own pace, on your own terms.

I take a person-centred, neuroaffirming approach: you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you. Sessions often draw on trauma-informed, attachment-based, and somatic work, noticing sensation, breath, and how your system is arranging itself in the moment, so insight has somewhere to actually settle, not just stay in your head.

Who often finds their way here

People who feel a great deal, and have been asked, quietly and not so quietly, to feel less. Adults recognising their neurodivergence later in life. Thoughtful, sensitive humans who would like a counsellor who reads slowly and speaks plainly.

How the work unfolds

Sessions weave reflective conversation with somatic attention, parts work, and polyvagal-informed practice. We move at the pace of your nervous system. Sometimes we sit with silence. Sometimes we laugh. Both belong.
