Six-week online group therapy

A six-week journey from surviving emotional overwhelm to understanding yourself with compassion.

Is this for you?

You know what it feels like when it starts. The butterflies in your chest. The throat closing. The tingle in your hands before the wave hits and everything gets loud.

And you know what comes after. Going quiet. Shutting down. Pacing the room trying to breathe through it, telling yourself to calm down, wondering why the self-talk isn't working this time.

Maybe you've always known you're wired a little differently. Maybe that realisation is more recent. Either way, there's something exhausting about feeling this much and not having a map for it, about holding it together on the outside while something much bigger is happening underneath.

Still Waters is a small online group for women navigating emotional overwhelm, burnout, or chronic stress. Especially those who are neurodivergent, or sitting with a new diagnosis and trying to make sense of what that means for how they feel.

We're not here to help you push through. We're here to help you understand what's actually happening in your nervous system, and give you real tools for it.

You might be in the right place if...

  • You feel the wave coming in your body before your brain catches up, chest, throat, hands, and once it hits, it's hard to find your way back

  • You either explode or shut down completely, and neither feels like a choice

  • You go quiet, you pace, you breathe, and sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn't, and you don't always know why

  • You're high-functioning in ways that make it hard for anyone to take your struggle seriously, including yourself

  • You mask a lot. You're good at it. And you are so tired.

  • You want skills and a framework, not just a space to vent, and you want to be in a room with women who already get it

What we cover

Week 1 — Understanding your nervous system
You'll leave with language for what's been happening in your body, and the beginning of a way back to yourself.

Week 2 — The neurodivergent emotional experience
Why emotions hit differently for you, and first tools for slowing the spiral before it takes over.

Week 3 — Meeting your parts
You'll leave with a map of your inner world, and a little more curiosity toward the parts of yourself you've been fighting.

Week 4 — Distress tolerance and radical acceptance
You'll leave with real skills for riding out the hard moments, and a kinder way to come back after the crash.

Week 5 — Living toward something, not just away from pain
You'll leave with a clearer sense of your own values, one committed action to take, and language to ask for what you need without needing to mask to say it.

Week 6 — Integration and Self-led living
You'll leave with a picture of how far you've come, a toolkit that's yours to keep, and something to carry with you into what comes next.
